Job Description:
As a tour coordinator within our travel agency, you will play a vital role in assisting our team with organizing and coordinating travel arrangements for our clients. This role presents a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the travel and tourism industry while honing essential skills in customer service, tour operations, and destination management.
Responsibilities:
This part-time position requires three days of work per week, with two days spent in the office and one day working remotely. Key responsibilities include:
· Collaborating with the team
· Designing tour itineraries and packages
· Engaging in cold calling and client coordination
· Conducting marketing activities on our social media platforms
Qualifications:
· Fluency in English is mandatory.
· Proficiency in computer literacy
· Familiarity with social media platforms
· Knowledge of Microsoft Office and email communication
· Knowledge related to tourism will be an added advantage.
· Preference will be given to candidates residing near Gampaha.
