Job Description:-

As an Operations Executive, you will provide crucial support to our operations team, assisting in various administrative and operational tasks to facilitate the smooth functioning of our business.

You will play a vital role in ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints.

• Resolve customer issues promptly and effectively, demonstrating a commitment to customer satisfaction.

• Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and foster long-term relationships.

• Coordinate transportation logistics for events, corporate clients, and individual bookings.

• Liaise with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless execution of service

• Develop and maintain efficient processes for booking management, invoicing, and billing.

• Monitor customer feedback and implement corrective actions to enhance service quality.

• Handle customer feedback and complaints professionally, escalating issues to the appropriate channels when necessary.

• Assist in ensuring that customer requests and special instructions are communicated effectively to the operations team.


• Diploma or equivalent; relevant coursework or vocational training is a plus. (School Leavers also can apply)

• Previous experience in administrative support or customer service roles preferred.

• Implement strategies to enhance the overall customer experience and foster long-term relationships.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with diverse teams.
