Associate Technical Lead (WordPress)
Qualification and Experience:-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology with minimum.
5 years of relevant industry experience.
Should have hands-on experience in WordPress, Action and Filter concepts.
Good exposure to WordPress Template Hierarchy
Experience building user interfaces for websites using theme builders.
Should be well-versed in PHP, HTML, CSS, MYSQL, Javascript, jQuery.
To create custom themes based on requirements from HTML scratch
Knowledge of Customization of themes & plugins
Knowledge in custom post types, taxonomies, meta fields
Should have a good understanding of Search Engine Optimization (SEO).S
hould have worked on Web Analytics tools like Google Analytics
Should have experience in web performance optimization and caching
Having good exposure of Team handling
Skills and Personal Characteristics
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to learn new technologies quickly
Ability to understand the importance of customer serviceAbility to observe the team members to understand the skills and gaps and train them
