Role Overview:-
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Tech Lead to join our team. As a Tech Lead, you will be responsible for leading a talented group of developers in designing, developing, and implementing our suite of software products.
You will play a key role in driving technical excellence, fostering innovation, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:-
Lead and mentor a team of developers, providing guidance and support in software design, development, and implementation.
– Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
– Drive best practices in software development, including code reviews, testing strategies, and deployment processes.
– Ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our software applications.
– Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to continuously improve our products and processes.
Requirements:-
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
– Proven experience (2+ years) in software development, with strong proficiency in technologies such as Python,Php,mysql, Node.js, Express.js, React , jQuery AWS , Azure, Google Cloud Platform , Docker, Kubernetes.
– Previous leadership or mentoring experience, with a track record of successfully leading and delivering complex projects.
– Excellent problem-solving skills and a strong understanding of software architecture principles.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
