Key Responsibilities:-
Oversee and manage the entire Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare, review, and finalize financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
Develop and implement financial strategies, budgets, and forecasts.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Manage and optimize cash flow, working capital, and overall financial health of the company.
Lead financial planning and analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Implement and maintain robust internal controls and financial procedures.
Oversee tax planning and compliance, including timely filing of all tax returns.
Coordinate and manage external audits and liaise with auditors and regulatory bodies.
Provide strategic recommendations and financial insights to the executive team.Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Utilize financial software and ERP systems to enhance financial reporting and operations.Go on branch visits, as and when required.
Qualifications:–
Completed a Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Proven experience managing AR, AP, and preparing final accounts.
Strong knowledge of corporate finance, accounting principles, and financial regulations.Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
