We’re looking for a results-driven Student Counsellor with excellent interpersonal skills to actively seek out and engage customer prospects.
Responsibilities :-
• To provide professional and quality counselling service
• Achieve targets for Leads, Applications, and Finalisations – by intake
• Instruct students to prepare and complete documents for university or visa applications.
• Liaison between students, parents, and education providers
• Create and maintain accurate client information in the company’s CRM system
• Maintain after-sale service engagement to increase retention of students Requirements and Skills
• 2–3-year counselling experience, preferably in the education industry
• Computer skills including Word and Excel Fluent in English – written and verbal
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent language skills in English (Reading, writing, speaking). Fluency in Sinhala and Tamil is an added advantage.
