Location:- Wijerama, Nugegoda (Nearby University of Sri Jayawardenepura)

Job Summary:- As the Administration Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our company.

Your responsibilities will encompass maintaining office files, handling utility bill payments, collecting payments from students and tenants, responding to inquiries, maintaining assets and resources and enhancing revenue streams.

Key Responsibilities:-

Organize and maintain office files and documentation systematically.Ensure easy retrieval and secure storage of important records.

Responsible for timely payment of utility bills and other relevant expenses.

Collect payments from students and tenants, maintaining accurate records.

Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from students, parents, and other stakeholders.

Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the overall experience

.Efficiently utilize office resources to maximize productivity and cost-effectiveness.

Work collaboratively with relevant authorities to identify and implement revenue-generating strategies.

Contribute to the development of plans to maximize the institute’s revenue streams.

Qualifications and Skills:-

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Proficient in office software (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).

Additional Information:This position offers a competitive salary and benefits package. LKR 75,000+ (Basic 45,000 + Allowances + Commissions)
