The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, exceptional negotiation skills, and a passion for sourcing the highest quality ingredients that align with our brand’s standards.

Key Responsibilities:-

Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure the timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services.

Source and negotiate with suppliers to secure advantageous terms.

Manage relationships with key suppliers, including performance reviews and contract management.

Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen and operations teams to forecast demand and prevent shortages.

Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards.

Conduct market research to identify potential new suppliers and stay updated on industry trends.

Prepare and manage procurement budgets and reports.

Optimize supply chain operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, preferably in the hospitality or food and beverage industry.

Strong negotiation and communication skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Proficient in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
