We are looking for talented and passionate Mechatronics interns to join us and contribute to innovative projects in the field of mechatronics and robotics.
Job Description:-
As a Mechatronics Intern at Expernetic, you will be at the forefront of our new initiative, gaining hands-on experience and contributing to the design, prototyping, and testing of advanced mechatronics systems.
You will work closely with our team of engineers and researchers, playing a crucial role in the development of cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:-
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to design, develop, and test advanced mechatronic systems.
Assist in the creation of detailed CAD models and engineering drawings.
Participate in the development of control algorithms and software for system functionality.
Contribute to the selection and integration of sensors, actuators, and other mechatronics components.
Support the assembly, calibration, and testing of prototypes.
Document design processes, test results, and project progress.
Conduct research on emerging technologies and best practices in mechatronics and robotics.
Required Skills and Qualifications:-
Currently pursuing a degree in Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.Strong understanding of mechanical design principles and experience with CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
Basic knowledge of electronics and circuit design.Familiarity with control systems and programming (e.g., C++, Python, MATLAB).
Experience with microcontrollers and embedded systems is a plus.Knowledge of robotic kinematics and dynamics.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:Experience with industrial robotics.
Hands-on experience with prototyping and testing mechanical systems.
Understanding of machine learning and AI applications in robotics.
Knowledge of safety standards and regulations for industrial robots.
