Objectives of this role*:-
Supervise and monitor the day-to-day work of staff members
Learn from the existing senior management trainee and support managers to finish their daily activities
* Enable overall growth by partaking in training, meetings, and workshops that hone the skills that are required from the management trainee job
* Coordinate with managers and senior management trainees and learn to identify and apply vital business processes
* Uphold the policies of a company, while adhering to the guidelines laid down by the management
Responsibilities:-
* Keep track of various departments daily and track their goals and processes
* Write reports, analyze data, update records, and track the revenue and loss of the organization within the management trainee job scope
* Provide adequate support and help maintain a positive and productive ecosystem for employees as a trainee manager
* Create and deliver presentations and provide administrative support to the employees within the area of the management trainee job role
Required skills and qualifications:-
* Bachelor’s degree in marketing, management, analytics, HR, or a related field
* End-to-end knowledge of MS Office
* Excellent interpersonal, communicational, and organizational skills
* Strong leadership abilities
