Tech Visionary & Team Leader: Senior Manager, Information Systems

In this role, you will:
1.Be the architect of our success: Lead the development of software solutions aligned with our business strategy, selecting the most suitable technologies to achieve our goals.
2.Lead and inspire: Manage and develop a team of 15+ technical professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.
3.From vision to reality: Plan, manage, and deliver complex projects, mitigating risks and ensuring on-time completion.
4.Bridge the gap: Communicate effectively with clients and management to gather requirements and present solutions.
5.Quality Champion: Maintain and improve our ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.
6.Stay ahead of the curve: Drive R&D for new product ideas, best practices, and emerging technologies.
You are the ideal candidate if you have:
8+ years of experience in a software services company
3+ years in a similar leadership role (Technical Project Lead)
Strong understanding of software engineering technologies, methodologies, and environments
Experience with Service Oriented Architecture (SOA)A passion for well-designed, efficient processes and coding practices
Proven experience managing a team of 15+ technical professionals, particularly with Java technology
Excellent multitasking skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
