Job Description:-
As a Management Intern at Sportway Entertainment, you will gain hands-on experience in both customer service and product development.
This role is designed for someone eager to learn, contribute to real projects, and make a meaningful impact on our customer satisfaction and product offerings.
Key Responsibilities:-
Customer Service:Assist in managing customer inquiries and resolving issues promptly and effectively.Support the development and implementation of customer service strategies to enhance user experience.
Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with the customer service team to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
Product Development:-
Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for new products or features.
Assist in conducting market research and competitor analysis to inform product development strategies.
Support the product development team in creating, testing, and launching new products.Help track and report on the performance of new products and features post-launch.
Qualifications:-
Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
Strong interest in customer service and product development.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
