Role and Responsibilities:-
As an HR Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to various HR functions, including but not limited to:Assisting with recruitment processes (job postings, resume screening, scheduling interviews)
Participating in onboarding and orientation of new employees
Supporting employee engagement and retention initiatives
Maintaining employee records and HR databases
Assisting with payroll and benefits administration
Conducting research and supporting HR projects
Providing general administrative support to the HR department
Qualifications:-Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Strong interest in Human Resources and a desire to build a career in the field
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Prior internship or work experience in HR is a plus
