Candidates Profile:-
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional qualification in Electrical Engineering from a recognized University or technical college.
• Minimum 1 year of experience. (Fresh graduates are also welcome to apply)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work.
Responsibilities for Trainee/Junior Engineer – Electrical:-
• Assist in the design and development of electrical systems for various projects.
• Learn to use design software such as AutoCAD and Revit to create technical drawings and specifications.
• Participate in site visits to gain practical experience and understand project requirements.
• Support senior engineers in conducting calculations, analysis, and testing of electrical systems.
• Develop new techniques for installing solar panels on buildings or other structures.
• Ensure the installation conforms to standards & customer requirements.
• Customer coordination, site inspection, supervising, and providing technical details for the clients.
• Ensure compliance with all CEB/Leco/SEA regulatory requirements.
• Communicating with managers, supervisors, and the rest of the team.
