Experienced Business Analyst Needed for Urgent, High-Impact Project at *ZaVolt (PVT) Ltd* (https://www.zavolt.com)
*ZaVolt (PVT) Ltd* is seeking a *highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst* to join our team immediately for an urgent, high-impact project.
This is a *full-time, short-term contract position* with the potential for extension.
*Please note:* Due to the project’s urgency and the need for exceptional quality, we are seeking experienced, serious candidates *who are available to begin working within the next few days (Preferably tomorrow onwards)
*. The ideal candidate should be able to deliver industry-standard documentation and analysis under a tight deadline.
*Project Scope:*The project involves a comprehensive analysis of business requirements for a new product initiative. The selected candidate will be responsible for delivering the following, categorized for clarity:*Deliverables:**
1. Analysis & Requirements:** *Background Study and Requirement Analysis:* Conduct thorough research and analysis of the current business environment and identify key requirements for the new product.* *Domain Knowledge Gathering:* Acquire in-depth knowledge of the relevant industry and market trends.* *Requirements Identification:* Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business, user, and system requirements.* *Stakeholder Analysis:* Identify and analyze key stakeholders, their roles, interests, and potential impact on the project.* *Competitor Analysis:* Research and analyze key competitors to identify opportunities and potential challenges.
*II. Product Vision & User Understanding:** *Product Vision:* Develop a clear and concise product vision statement that aligns with business goals and user needs.* *Mind Map:* Create a visual representation of the product concept, features, and functionality.* *User Personas:* Develop detailed user personas to represent the target audience and their specific needs.* *Empathy Maps:* Utilize empathy mapping techniques to gain a deeper understanding of user needs, motivations, and pain points.* *Customer Journey Map:* Visualize the customer journey and identify key touchpoints and opportunities for optimization.
*III. Documentation & Modeling:** *Business Process Modeling:* Model current and future business processes impacted by the new product.* *Epic Hypothesis:* Define and document epic hypotheses to guide product development.* *User Stories with Acceptance Criteria:* Create detailed user stories with clear acceptance criteria for each feature.* *Comprehensive SRS Document:* Develop a comprehensive Software Requirements Specification (SRS) document by collaborating with our engineers that includes: * Use Case Diagrams * Logical View Diagrams * Deployment Diagrams * Enhanced Entity-Relationship (EER) Diagrams * Class Diagrams * Activity Diagrams
*Required Qualifications:** Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a strong track record of successful project delivery.* Experience working in a fast-paced environment and meeting tight deadlines.* Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.* Proficiency in business process modeling, requirements elicitation techniques, and documentation.* Experience with relevant diagramming tools.
*Preferred Qualifications:** Previous experience as a Business Analyst intern or in a similar role.*Compensation:*We offer a competitive hourly rate commensurate with experience.
