Job Role:-
Understand the requirements and suggest effective and practical solutions.
Works with a business partner to elicit high-level requirements and capture business.
Strong PR skills to interact with various needs stakeholders.
Prepare detailed requirement specifications, functional specification, use case & workflow diagrams & manage the requirements throughout the project life-cycle.
Roadmap planning, business process redesign, gap analysis & developing proofs-of-concept.
Exposure to Product configuration, forms and rules configuration.
The candidate will design UI, Functional and Non-functional requirements, System Integration requirements.
Facilitate review meetings, requirement walk throughs, review test documents, and coordinate QA and UAT testing process and fully core insurance systems implementation according to the fulfilled business requirements.
Clearly articulates and documents business requirements.
Build a strong relationship with senior stakeholders.
Proactively resolves customer satisfaction issues.
Assist in analyzing and documenting client’s business requirements and processes communicates these requirements to technical personnel.
Support ongoing business intelligence, competitive & best practice efforts.
Job Pre-Requisites:-
Bachelor’s degree in IT / Computer Science / Engineering / Business / Diploma in IT or Higher Diploma in IT.
Minimum 03 years of relevant experience, including hands on experience with Agile Processes.
MBA in IT/ MSc Computer Science would be an added advantage.
Experience in the Life Insurance domain will be an added advantage.
Strong analytical & presentation skills with out-of-the-box thinking.
Ability to work independently & take responsibility for projects assigned.
Strong command over the English Language.
Positive attitude and can-do mind-set.
Should be a good team player.
