*Digital Marketing Specialist* –
Travel REDISCOVER JOURNEYS Pvt Ltd, a leading inbound tour operator in Sri Lanka since 2009, is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist.
This role requires diverse skills to navigate industry challenges and drive engagement, increase bookings, and enhance customer experiences.
*Key Responsibilities*:-
1. Digital Marketing:- SEO and SEM: Enhance search engine visibility.- PPC Advertising: Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns.- Social Media Marketing: Utilize platforms and advertising tools effectively.- Content Marketing: Create and manage engaging content.
2. Analytical:- Data Analysis: Utilize data for informed decisions.- KPI Monitoring: website Traffic, user engagement, conversion metrics, revenue metrics, traffic sources, SEO performance, user experience, Net Promoter Score (NPS), customer satisfaction & marketing performance. – A/B Testing: Optimize strategies through testing.
3. Technical:- Web Development: Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Bootstrap, Drupal, Joomla, and WordPress.- SEO Tools: Expertise with Google Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, and SEMrush.- Graphic Design: Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and After Effects, Affinity Designer, Webflow or Framer.
4. Industry Knowledge:- OTA Management: Manage listings, rates, and availability on OTAs.- Channel Management: Synchronize rates and inventory.- PMS Systems: Integrate and manage bookings.
5. CRM:- CRM Tools: Manage and analyze customer interactions.- Email Marketing: Expertise in platforms like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
6. Communication:- Communication: Craft compelling messages and coordinate with teams.- Customer Service: Provide exceptional service.
7. Adaptability:- Continuous Learning: Stay updated with industry trends.- Problem-Solving: Address challenges and improve performance.
8. Project Management:- Time Management: Handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams.
*Requirements*:-
Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in related field.- Proven digital marketing experience.- Strong design sense and attention to detail.-
Proficiency in SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.- Analytical and problem-solving skills.- Ability to learn and adapt quickly.
