The growing complexity of network infrastructure, the densification of networks, and tens of billions of connected devices have made it impractical and beyond human capability to manage and operate telecom networks using only traditional network management methods and static policies.
Al and automation can help in overcoming this immense challenge.
To that end, Generative Al offers significant value to communication service providers, end users, and other stakeholders in the telecommunications sector.
This study seeks to identify innovative solutions and practical implementations of generative Al in various facets of the telecom industry to drive innovation and efficiency.
