Position: Assistant Video Editor
Location: Virtual – Work From Home
Type: Full-time ( Weekdays from 8:30am to 5:00pm)

We pride ourselves on leveraging cutting-edge technology, including AI, to push the boundaries of creativity. We are looking for a passionate and skilled Assistant Video Editor to join our team.
*Role Overview:- *As an Assistant Video Editor at DULOC Creatives, you will play a critical role in the post-production process, working closely with our Head of Design to bring creative visions to life.
Your primary responsibilities will include supporting the editing process, managing projects, and leading a junior video editor.
Your experience with AI tools and familiarity with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut will be essential in enhancing our workflow.
You should be an enthusiastic team player with strong communication and leadership skills, ready to contribute to our international projects
.*Key Responsibilities:-*
• Assist in the editing of video content, ensuring alignment with the creative vision and project goals.
• Utilize Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut to perform tasks such as cutting, sequencing, adding effects, and color correction.
• Implement AI tools and techniques to streamline the editing process and enhance video quality.
• understanding client requirements and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
• Lead and mentor a junior video editor, providing guidance and support to help them grow in their role.
• Maintain organized project files, ensuring all assets are properly managed and backed up.
• Communicate effectively with the production team to ensure a smooth workflow and project completion.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new technologies, particularly in AI and video editing software, to continuously improve your skills and the team’s capabilities.
*Qualifications:*
• Proven experience as an Assistant Video Editor or similar role in the social media post production
.• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and CapCut.
• Prior experience working with AI tools in video editing.
• Experience working with international clients and understanding of cross-cultural communication.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to clearly articulate ideas and feedback.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to manage and mentor junior team members.
• A team player with a positive attitude, able to collaborate effectively with colleagues and clients.
• High attention to detail and a passion for producing high-quality video content.
• Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and improving existing workflows.
