Candidate will be responsible for:-
Ø Attend and provide support to the user tickets diverting from the Service Desk
Ø Attend and provide support to the user Issues directly reporting to IT Team
Ø Keep all the devices and systems up to date following the guideline from the Central team.
Ø Monitor, Troubleshoot and Report abnormal behaviors in the dashboards to the relevant teams.
Ø Involvement and Coordination of the IT Related Purchasing, Payments and Budgeting Process.
Ø Documentation Works on inventory, finance and standard operating procedures.
Ø Preparing and Conduct Relevant User Trainings.
Required qualifications :-
· HND in any IT Related field.
· Minimum 1 Year experience.
· Able to communicate in English (Reading and Writing).
·Willing to work on weekends if required.
· Living within 15KM radius from the mentioned location.
𝟶𝟸. 𝙸𝚃 𝚂𝙸𝚃𝙴 𝚂𝚄𝙿𝙿𝙾𝚁𝚃 𝙰𝙳𝙼𝙸𝙽𝙸𝚂𝚃𝚁𝙰𝚃𝙾𝚁
Candidate will be responsible for:-
➢ Installation, set-up and resolving of hardware and software in end user desktops, laptops and printer.
➢ Administration and First level support.
➢ O365, email, internet and Cloud solutions.
➢ Maintenance and management of servers and backups.
➢ Infrastructure First level support and coordinate with services providers in case of troubleshooting.
➢ Network Equipment’s Wi-Fi Network Maintenance Microsoft patch update and its complaints level.
➢ Coordination with group IT, head office IT management for various IT initiatives and their execution
𝗥𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹𝗶𝗳𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀:-
• Degree/HND in any IT Related field.

𝟶𝟹.𝚂𝙴𝚁𝚅𝙸𝙲𝙴 𝙳𝙴𝚂𝙺 𝚂𝙿𝙴𝙲𝙸𝙰𝙻𝙸𝚂𝚃
Candidate will be responsible for: –
Resolving incoming client and personnel IT queries remotely via ITSM tool, email, and phone.
➢ Prioritizing and resolving IT concerns and escalating issues to relevant stakeholders.
➢ Collaborating with internal departments and external vendors to ensure that IT needs are met.
➢ Install software on new or existing devices, in accordance with standard procedures.
➢ Assist users in obtaining access to systems.
➢ Utilize and maintain knowledge bases, white papers, FAQs
