Job Description:-
As a Digital Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in implementing and optimizing our digital marketing strategies to help achieve our business goals.
You will work closely with the marketing team to execute online marketing campaigns, create engaging content, and analyse performance metrics.
Key Responsibilities:-
Develop, create, schedule, and publish content on social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn) to enhance brand presence and engagement.· Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends, competitors, and audience preferences.·
Plan, execute, and monitor email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and drive customer engagement.·
Assist in the design and creation of digital marketing materials, including graphics, videos, and written content.·
Collaborate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas for marketing initiatives and campaigns.·
Manage and optimize online advertising campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, social media ads) to maximize ROI.·
Utilize analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager) to measure and report on the performance of digital marketing campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed.· Support the Digital Marketing Manager in other marketing-related tasks and projects.
Qualifications:·
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.·
Proven interest in digital marketing with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.·
Strong understanding of social media platforms and best practices.·
Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CMS, email marketing software).·
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.·
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.·
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.·
Positive attitude, creativity, adaptability, and a proactive approach to tasks.·
Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
