The role involves creating high-quality 3D renderings, animations, and visualizations for architectural, interior design, or construction projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for detail, proficiency in 3D modeling software, and the ability to collaborate with architects, designers, and clients.
Qualifications:
- Minimum diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 2โ3 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in architecture, construction, or design industries.
- Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, D5 or equivalent).
- Strong knowledge of texturing, lighting, and post-production techniques (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, After Effects).
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization work (required).
Working Conditions:
- Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:30 AM โ 5:30 PM.
- Location: Office-based with potential for site visits or remote work
