Are you passionate about crafting engaging content, building brand awareness, and driving results on social media platforms? We’re looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager to join our team at our Matara office!

💻📱Important Note: This is NOT a work-from-home position. You will be required to work from our office in Matara. If you’re seeking a remote role, this position may not be for you.

What You’ll Do:-

✅ Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.)

✅ Create compelling content, including graphics, videos, and captions

✅ Engage with our online community and grow our audience

✅ Monitor social media trends and adapt to drive engagement

✅ Track and analyze performance to optimize results

What We’re Looking For:-

🎯 Strong English skills and a flair for creative writing are a MUST!

🎯 1-2 years of experience in social media management (but if you’re great at English and have a creative mindset, no experience? No problem—just apply!)

🎯 Proficient in content creation tools (Canva, Adobe Suite, etc.)

🎯 Knowledge of social media algorithms and best practices

🎯 Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
