What You’ll Do:-

Manage client inquiries, prepare tailored quotations, and follow up on leads to close deals.

Handle sales inquiries, onboard new clients, and identify opportunities to target new markets.

Coordinate service appointments, manage schedules, and ensure seamless communication with clients.

Maintain accurate records, including contracts, invoices, and updates to the client database.

Proactively address customer complaints and queries with professionalism and efficiency.

Collaborate with technicians, management, and other departments to meet client needs effectively.

Assist in creating reports, presentations, and sales strategies to support team goals.
