📍 Key Responsibilities:-

📌 Coordinate all programmes and align them with our mission.

📌 Manage partnerships, stakeholders, and donor relationships.

📌 Deliver capacity-building sessions and mentor team members.

📌 Monitor programme budgets and ensure accountability.

📍 Requirements:-

✅ 3+ years of programme coordination and team training experience.

✅ Expertise in stakeholder management and project leadership.

✅ Proficiency in English (Tamil and/or Sinhala is a bonus).

✅ Passion for youth empowerment, social innovation, and sustainability.
