Position: Instructor – IT Department (Full-time)

Location: Jaffna

SLIIT Northern University is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable Instructor to join our esteemed IT Department.

We are looking for a dedicated educator passionate about guiding and inspiring students in the field of Information Technology.

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Deliver engaging and interactive practical sessions for assigned modules.

2. Provide academic guidance and mentorship to students.

3. Monitor and assess student progress and performance.

4. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to maintain the quality and integrity of the academic program.

*Required Educational Qualifications:*

– A Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field (minimum 4 years).

*Required Knowledge and Skills:*

1. Database Systems

2. Statistical Modelling

3. Object-Oriented Programming

4. Mobile Application Development

5. Mathematics for Computing

*Additional Desired Attributes:-*

1. Strong communication and presentation skills.

2. A genuine commitment to teaching and mentoring students.

3. Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.

4. Prior teaching or industry experience in IT-related fields is advantageous.
