Job Overview:-

We are looking for an Electrical Engineer to manage solar project execution, CEB documentation, system design, maintenance, and sales support.

The ideal candidate should be capable of gaining the skills necessary to handle both technical and administrative responsibilities, ensuring smooth project completion and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:-

CEB Documentation & Payment Processing

Handle post-installation paperwork, process payments for meter changes, and assist customers with CEB clearance procedures.

Project Execution & Quality Assurance

Collaborate with teams for smooth project completion, ensuring compliance with safety codes and industry standards.

Post-Project Support & Maintenance:-

Perform inspections, troubleshoot issues, and implement monitoring systems to ensure long-term solar system efficiency.

System Design & Compliance:-

Develop electrical designs for various solar installations and ensure compliance with industry safety standards.

Marketing & Sales Assistance:-

Support marketing efforts with technical insights, assist in presales, coordinate site visits, and manage client contracts.

Competitor Research & Market Analysis:-

Track supplier pricing, monitor competitor strategies, and ensure cost-effective solar solutions.-

Recruitment and Team Building:-

Responsible for hiring and team building, playing a leadership role to support company growth.

Requirements:-

Degree/Diploma in Electrical Engineering

Experience in solar PV projects (preferred)

Must report to the office daily
