🔹 Job Role & Responsibilities:

✅ Lead and oversee architectural design projects in residential, commercial, and futuristic developments.

✅ Ensure compliance with structural integrity, sustainability, and aesthetic excellence.

✅ Collaborate with engineers, designers, and project managers to deliver high-quality designs.

✅ Provide expert guidance on planning approvals, building codes, and industry regulations.

✅ Utilize AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and other visualization tools for technical drawings and 3D modeling.

✅ Conduct site visits and feasibility studies to ensure quality execution.

✅ Engage with clients and stakeholders to bring visionary designs to life.

🔹 Requirements:

🎓 Chartered Architect registered with Sri Lanka Institute of Architects (SLIA).

🏗️ Minimum 2+ years of experience in architectural design and project management.

🖥️ Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion, and architectural visualization software.

⚡ Strong knowledge of building regulations, sustainable design, and construction methodologies.

📊 Ability to manage multiple projects efficiently and meet deadlines.
