Position: Digital Marketing & Client Success Executive
Full-time | On-site | Creative Bureau (Pvt) Ltd.

Are you passionate about digital marketing and building meaningful client relationships? Join our growing creative team and play a key role in delivering impactful campaigns for some of Sri Lanka’s top brands.

Key Responsibilities:

✦ Develop and execute digital marketing strategies

✦ Manage social media pages & paid campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok)

✦ Collaborate with designers to develop daily content

✦ Analyse performance metrics and prepare reports

✦ Coordinate with clients: share creatives, collect feedback, get approvals

✦ Attend client meetings and content shoots when required

✦ Support in preparing proposals, presentations, and campaign materials

Requirements:

✦ Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Business Management, or a related field

✦ Strong communication skills in English (Tamil is an added advantage)

✦ 1+ years of experience in digital marketing/client servicing

✦ Proficiency in Meta Ads Manager, MS Office, Canva, and ChatGPT

✦ Passionate, proactive, and detail-oriented

♦️ Those who have completed a bachelor’s degree in a related field can also apply as interns to gain hands-on experience.
