- Location: Work – from-home + On-site (Fri/ Sat/ Sun)

- Type: Contract Basis (3 Months)
- Salary: Rs. 15,000/month (Performance-based increment after 3 months)
✅ Who We’re Looking For:
We’re on the lookout for 2 to 3 passionate, responsible and energetic trainees to join our growing team! If you love agriculture, communication, and organizing things to perfection – this is for you.
🧩 Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate weekend training programs (on-site work – mostly Sat/Sun)
- Handle student/customer inquiries via phone, email, and WhatsApp
- Maintain records of participants and assigned trainings
- Support marketing tasks (social media replies, follow-ups, updates)
- Work closely with consultants and lecturers
- Be available on-call for coordination and customer support
🎯 Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Strong communication skills in Sinhala & English
- Friendly, patient, and professional when speaking to customers
- Good negotiation and customer service skills
- Basic knowledge or interest in agriculture is a big plus
- Experience in marketing or coordination roles will be an advantage
- Must be organized, reliable, and ready to take ownership
