Job Summary:-

The International Student Recruitment Manager will lead strategic efforts to recruit international students, build partnerships with all stake holders and contribute to the business’s growth objectives.

This role requires a combination of international market knowledge, relationship-building skills, and a strong understanding of the international education landscape.

Key Responsibilities–

· Develop and implement international student recruitment strategies aligned with enrolment goals.

· Responsible for day-to-day conversion of potential student leads into actual business with the assistance of the counselling and admission staff

· Manage relationships with universities, partners, and other stakeholders.

· Represent the company at international education fairs, partner visits, webinars, and other recruitment events.

· Identify and cultivate new recruitment markets and opportunities.

· Collaborate with marketing teams to create compelling content and campaigns tailored to potential audiences.

· Monitor application trends, market shifts, and competitor activity to refine recruitment approaches.

· Support prospective students and their families through the application and visa process.

Qualifications–

· Bachelor’s degree in international relations, education, marketing, or a related field.

· 3+ years of experience in international student recruitment or international education at a management level

· Familiarity with global education systems and visa requirements.

· Strong cross-cultural communication and interpersonal skills.

· Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of student information systems is a plus.

· Fluency in English required; additional language skills are highly desirable.
