POSITION OVERVIEW:-

Presently, we are actively seeking a proficient Full-Time ReactJS Frontend Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be based in Sri Lanka but working remotely within EST working hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm) for a one-year contract starting in February 2024.

As a crucial member of our team, you will enjoy the flexibility to contribute to various projects involving ReactJS, collaborating closely with designers and backend developers to build intuitive and responsive user interfaces.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:-

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and define requirements for frontend development projects.

• Design and develop interactive and responsive user interfaces using ReactJS

.• Implement reusable components and frontend libraries to enhance development efficiency.

• Integrate frontend components with backend services and APIs.

• Work closely with UX/UI designers to ensure visually appealing and user-centric designs.

• Perform thorough testing, debugging, and code reviews to maintain code quality and reliability.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in ReactJS development.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring the performance and compatibility of frontend applications across different devices and browsers.

• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.

REQUIREMENTS:-

• 2-5 years of experience as a frontend developer.

• Proven experience in building user interfaces with ReactJS.

• Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

Ability to work remotely with working hours aligned to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.• Strong communication skills, a focus on learning, and a straightforward communication style.

QUALIFICATIONS:-

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 2 years of professional experience as a frontend developer.

• Experience with frontend frameworks/libraries such as Redux, Material-UI, or similar.

• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).

• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Self-motivated, with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and industry trends.

WORK ENVIRONMENT AND CULTURE:-

WORKING MODEL & WORK HOURSHYBRID (IN-OFFICE AND REMOTE): You will be required to work from home and the office subject to needs. During work-from-home, you will be required to be available on call throughout the day and meet USA working hours.

CONTRACT:- On acceptance, you will be awarded a 01 contract, subject to 03 months of probation. Extension of that contract will be based on performance: qualitative and quantitative metrics.

COMPENSATION:-

• You will be paid a basic salary which will be arrived at mutually.

• In addition, you will also receive commission/incentives based on selected KPIs including but not limited to on-time project delivery and new projects. These metrics will be communicated to you in detail.

• Other perks and benefits will be shared in due course as and when the company gains more traction.Shortlisted candidates will be interviewed and will be subject to technical tests if required.
