UPnico is an exciting social media platform developed by ByIT Solutions (Pvt) Ltd. Built on LaravelReact, and hosted on AWS, it allows users to earn through content sharing in a safe, scalable, and globally accessible environment.

We are looking for 3 Junior / Intern Application Support staff who are technically skilled, responsive, and passionate about solving problems. You will play a critical role in supporting users, identifying bugs, and acting as the first line of communication between customers and internal teams. This role involves on-call and 24×7 shift availability, making it ideal for individuals who are dependable and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

High-performing candidates will be considered for permanent positions after the internship period.

Responsibilities:-

  • Monitor application issues and respond to support tickets or alerts in real-time
  • Be available for rotating 24×7 shifts, including weekends and public holidays (remote)
  • Investigate and validate user-reported bugs and issues
  • Identify application bugs and anomalies and escalate to the relevant team (backend, frontend, QA, etc.)
  • Perform basic debugging, replication, and documentation of technical issues
  • Coordinate with QA and development teams to ensure accurate tracking and timely resolution
  • Update internal documentation, bug logs, and customer communication records
  • Assist in manual QA testing and verification of resolved issues
  • Communicate clearly with end-users and internal teams via tools like Jira, Confluence, Google Chat, and Meet

Requirements:-

  • Completed a degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
  • Willingness to work in a 24×7 rotational on-call schedule
  • Good understanding of web and mobile application architecture
  • Basic coding knowledge (PHP, JavaScript, or similar) to understand and track issues
  • Knowledge of QA processes including test case writing and bug tracking
  • Familiarity with ticketing and task management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Confluence)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve issues independently when needed
  • Good command in English
