🔷 Resolve Level 2 IT issues promptly to minimize downtime
🔷 Manage IT assets, procurement, and vendor coordination
🔷 Oversee AMC contracts and support IT budgeting
🔷 Assist with audits, license compliance, and documentation
🔷 Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance service delivery

📌 What we’re looking for:
✅ Degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field
✅ 2–4 years of hands-on experience in IT support and asset/vendor management
✅ Strong communication and coordination skills
✅ Proactive, organized, and process-oriented mindset
