🔍 Job Description: As the Executive – R&D, you will:
– Drive and support new product development and product improvements.
– Conduct research on materials, finishes, and innovative applications of aluminium products.
– Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to translate research into scalable solutions.
– Lead lab testing, prototyping, and performance analysis.
– Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
– Prepare technical documentation and reports for ongoing projects.
✅ Job Specification:
– Bachelor’s Degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
– 1–2 years’ experience in a similar R&D or technical role in manufacturing (aluminium industry experience is an advantage).
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– Proficiency in CAD software and lab testing methods.
– Excellent communication and project coordination abilities.
– A passion for continuous improvement and innovation.
