We Are Hiring: Remote HR Specialist

Are you a passionate HR professional ready to make an impact from anywhere? We’re looking for a confident and capable female HR Specialist who thrives in dynamic environments and is eager to start immediately. This is a remote opportunity with competitive pay and structured working hours.

What We’re Looking For:–

Bachelor’s in HR, Business Admin, or related (Master’s/CIPD/SHRM a plus)
2–3 years in generalist HR roles
Experience in recruitment, employee relations, HR ops, and compliance
Exposure to HR systems and analytics

Key Competencies:
In-depth HR knowledge & regulatory understanding
Skilled in sourcing, interviewing & onboarding
People-focused approach with conflict resolution strengths
Familiar with KPIs, appraisals & feedback systems
Basic payroll & compensation know-how
Excellent communicator with initiative & leadership traits

Additional Details:–
Discreet, detail-oriented, proactive & a team player
Must have personal laptop + stable internet

Remote shift: Mon–Fri (12PM–9PM) + Sat (12PM–5PM)
Salary: LKR 80,000–85,000
