𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐇𝐢𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 – 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐀𝐬𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞 𝐄𝐱𝐞𝐜𝐮𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞

FMJ Holdings, a trusted Sri Lankan name since 1974, is seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Executive to join our manufacturing team in Panadura.

As part of our ISO, SMETA, and FSSC-certified Plastic Manufacturing Division — which includes FMJ Plastics, A-One Polymer, JD Polymer, and Wingro — you will play a key role in ensuring our products meet the highest industry standards for quality, safety, and performance.

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐘𝐨𝐮’𝐥𝐥 𝐃𝐨:
✅ Oversee and maintain quality control processes
✅ Conduct inspections and audits in line with ISO and industry requirements
✅ Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions
✅ Collaborate with production teams to drive continuous improvement

𝐖𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐖𝐞’𝐫𝐞 𝐋𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐅𝐨𝐫:

• BSc in a relevant field with 3+ years QA experience in manufacturing or Diploma with 5+ years QA experience in manufacturing
• Strong knowledge of quality standards and compliance
• Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills
