🚨 We’re Hiring – Technical Officer (Residential & Retail Interiors)At ARA Exclusive Living, we specialize in creating elegant residential and retail interior spaces. We are on the lookout for a Technical Officer who is passionate about interior fit-out projects and skilled in managing construction processes, detailing, and project coordination.

Role Overview

As a Technical Officer, you will oversee day-to-day site execution, ensure quality assurance, and act as a key link between design and construction. The role requires hands-on experience in site supervision, stakeholder communication, and technical support across residential and retail interior projects.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Supervise and manage site activities for residential and retail interior projects

✅ Ensure all work is executed as per design specifications and agreed timelines

✅ Provide technical input on materials, finishes, and installation methods

✅ Conduct site inspections and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications

🎓 Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field

📌 2–3 years of experience in interior fit-out or construction (residential/retail preferred)

📌 Familiarity with interior construction drawings and project scheduling tools

📌 Proficiency in AutoCAD and MS Project (or similar software) is a plus
