🚀🛑 We’re Hiring Implementation & Support Engineer – Biometric Systems! 🛑💻 🤩

We are looking for a technically skilled individual to provide remote support and implementation services for our biometric attendance and access control systems.

This role involves working with customers to install and configure software, set up and troubleshoot biometric devices, and ensure database and networking configurations are properly handled. 🤩💻

📍 Key Responsibilities:

✅ Handle support calls and remote sessions (Anydesk/Ultraviewer) from customers
✅ Install and configure biometric software for Windows environments
✅Set up and manage databases (MySQL, MSSQL) for the applications
✅ Configure biometric devices (e.g., IP settings, port forwarding)
✅ Troubleshoot device/software communication issues (network, firewall, DB)
✅ Provide demonstrations and onboarding for new clients
✅ Maintain logs of all customer support activities and resolutions

📍 Required Skills & Qualifications:

✅ Basic to intermediate knowledge of MySQL / MSSQL installation and configuration
✅ Strong understanding of Windows networking, IP addressing, and firewall rules
✅ Experience using remote access tools (Anydesk, Ultraviewer, TeamViewer)
✅ Ability to explain technical topics clearly to non-technical users
✅ Good communication in Sinhala and English (Tamil is a plus)
