Caspersoft (Pvt) Ltd is looking for a motivated and versatile individual to join our team as a Technical Support & Customer Solutions Associate.

This role involves providing excellent technical and customer support to our clients while also contributing to small-scale development and product improvements.


You will be the first point of contact for our customers, helping them resolve technical issues, guiding them on product usage, and ensuring they receive the best service experience.

Additionally, you will assist the development team with minor coding tasks, testing, and system improvements.

Key Responsibilities:-


Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and remote tools.


Handle customer inquiries and ensure timely resolution of issues.


Assist clients in using Caspersoft products effectively.


Work closely with the development team to troubleshoot and escalate complex issues.
