Associate Finance Manager

Ravana Industries, a leading force in innovative tech and industrial solutions, is looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate Finance Manager to join our growing team. This role offers the opportunity to lead core financial operations, support strategic planning, and contribute to the long-term financial success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

•⁠ ⁠Oversee day-to-day financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger functions.

•⁠ ⁠Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports and statements.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and cash flow management.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct financial analysis to support strategic business decisions.

•⁠ ⁠Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and statutory reporting requirements.

•⁠ ⁠Liaise with auditors, tax advisors, and financial institutions.

•⁠ ⁠Support the implementation of ERP/accounting systems and financial process improvements.

•⁠ ⁠Provide financial insights and recommendations to senior management.

•⁠ ⁠Supervise and mentor junior finance staff and interns.

Qualifications & Skills:

•⁠ ⁠Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; a professional qualification (CIMA, ACCA, CA) is an added advantage.

•⁠ ⁠2–4 years of relevant experience in finance or accounting, preferably in the tech or manufacturing sector.

•⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of financial regulations, tax laws, and reporting standards.

•⁠ ⁠Proficient in MS Excel, financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or Frappe ERP NXT).

•⁠ ⁠Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

•⁠ ⁠High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.

•⁠ ⁠Integrity, professionalism, and a proactive mindset.
