We’re Hiring: Technical Lead – R&D AI/ML (Colombo)
Join ScreenApp as a hands-on engineer leading R&D efforts to:
- Optimize speaker diarisation and speech-to-text pipelines
- Build models for structured, searchable knowledge bases from audio and video
- Implement cutting-edge techniques like TDNNs, x-vectors, and transformer architectures
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to translate research into scalable features
What we’re looking for:
- 5+ years of experience in tech
- Strong background in AI/ML, NLP, or speech processing
- Proficiency in PyTorch
- Familiarity with TDNNs, embeddings, diarization models, or similar methods
- Ability to guide technical direction while actively engaging in coding and experiments
