Designation: UAV Technician

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drone Technician to join our team.

The Drone Technician will be responsible for the assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of drones and related systems.

This role also requires traveling to our drone operating locations to perform on-site inspections and repairs, ensuring drones are flight-ready, safe, and optimized for performance in both agricultural and commercial applications.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Assemble drones and related components (frames, motors, ESCs, flight controllers, sensors, payloads, etc.)

• Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on drones and accessories.

• Visit drone operating locations to conduct on-site troubleshooting, servicing, and urgent repairs.

• Maintain records of repairs, component replacements, and system updates.

• Work closely with drone pilots, engineers, and project teams to ensure operational efficiency.

• Stay updated with new drone technologies, tools, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

• Diploma / Degree in Mechatronics, Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience).

• Hands-on experience in drone assembly, repair, or RC systems (preferred).

• Familiarity with Mission Planner software, firmware updates, and calibration tools.
