Designation: Customer Care Assistant – Commercial Sales
The Customer Care Assistant will play a key role in supporting commercial sales operations by ensuring excellent customer service, managing inquiries, and coordinating sales processes.
This position requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills who can provide timely support to customers and contribute to the growth of our sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
● Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person meetings in a professional and timely manner.
● Provide product information, quotations, and order updates to customers.
● Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth order processing and after-sales service.
● Maintain accurate customer records and assist in preparing sales reports.
● Build strong relationships with customers to enhance satisfaction and repeat business.
● Support marketing and promotional activities as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
● Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
● Minimum 1 year experience in customer service or sales support.
● Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
● Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
Preferred skills:
● Experience in agricultural or technology-related sales will be an added advantage.
● Ability to speak Tamil Language will be an added advantage.
● Familiarity with CRM software and customer management tools.
● Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
