Your Role – Junior Engineer (Mechanical/Electrical)

As a Junior Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting our senior engineering team in designing, planning, and executing projects. You will work hands-on with CAD software, project management tools, and contribute to R&D while ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the design and execution of engineering projects.
• Prepare and review CAD drawings and project documentation.
• Prepare cost estimations and BOQs
• Support project planning, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
• Collaborate with senior engineers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Contribute to research, innovation, and process improvements.
• Uphold safety and quality standards across all project phases.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering with 3+ years’ experience,
• OR NDT / NDES / HNDE with 6+ years’ experience.
• Proficiency in CAD software.
• Experience in Project Management and tools such as MS Project.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Exposure to MEP projects and a proven safety-first mindset will be strong advantages.
