We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Quality Assurance & Compliance Executive to oversee and ensure adherence to industry standards within our hotel & villa operation and tea factory.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and monitor QA and compliance frameworks for the hotel/ villa operations & tea factory.
Conduct regular audits, inspections, and risk assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and industry standards.
Ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and environmental standards in both hospitality and tea production sectors.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
Train and educate staff on quality control procedures, regulatory requirements, and best practices.
Handle internal and external compliance reporting, documentation, and liaise with regulatory bodies when necessary.
Investigate and address non-compliance issues, implement corrective actions, and track improvements.
Work closely with management and cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and compliance.

Qualifications & Experience:–
Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Quality Assurance, Food Science, Hospitality Management, or a related field.

Minimum 1 years of experience in hospitality industry.

Strong knowledge of ISO standards, HACCP, GMP, and other relevant compliance frameworks.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and ensure strict compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in MS Office and compliance management systems.
