🎓 Qualifications and Requirements

• Undergraduate or HND student in Information Technology, Management, Business Information Systems, or a related field from a recognized institution.
  • Strong IT knowledge or academic/professional background in IT is mandatory.
  • Excellent writing, analytical, and grammar skills.
  • Self-motivated, highly organized, and detail-oriented.
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creative, adaptable, and results-driven mindset.
  • Sound understanding of Digital Marketing tools, Technologies, and Social Media (an added advantage).

🧩 Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering and analyzing business requirements to translate them into functional specifications.
  • Demonstrate strong conceptual and documentation skills to define user stories and workflows.
  • Conduct advanced research and data analysis to support decision-making and process improvements.
  • Apply critical thinking and problem-solving to address business and technical challenges.
  • Show flexibility and adaptability in managing changing project priorities.
  • Work independently while contributing effectively within a collaborative team environment.
  • Participate in project-based assignments under the guidance of experienced professionals.
  • Collaborate closely with development, design, and marketing teams to ensure clear requirement flow.
  • Coordinate and conduct stakeholder discussions to understand functional and non-functional requirements.
  • Support system testing and requirements validation activities.
