We’re not chasing hype. We need a systems thinker who turns ideas into dependable software – measurable, observable, and fast.
Your mandate
- Own the architecture: multi-tenant SaaS, data model, permissions, observability, cost controls.
- Make AI useful: pragmatic agents/RAG with evals, guardrails, and clear success metrics.
- Ship with intent: trim scope, unblock teams, publish changelogs, hold the line on quality.
- Protect the platform: security posture, backups/restore, incident playbooks, key rotation.
- Build the bench: set standards, mentor ICs, shape a small senior team.
You’ve mastered
- Leading a product 0→1 (or rescuing 1→N) with real users and constraints.
- Strong backend fundamentals (services, queues, caching, profiling) and SQL instincts.
- Comfort across Docker + cloud and modern CI/CD.
- Writing decisions down, measuring impact, and changing course when data says so.
