Mercantile Investments and Finance PLC is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented individual to join our HR team as a Senior Executive – Human Resources.

The selected candidate will be responsible for handling offboarding processes, preparing HR MIS reports, and supporting HR data analysis to enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

A degree or professional qualification in HRM or a related field

2-3 years of experience in HR, preferably in operations or analytics

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
