As part of our strategic expansion, we are excited to launch new branches in Colombo and Kandy. We are now seeking two dynamic, results-driven Branch Managers to build, lead, and grow these flagship locations from the ground up.

This is a rare opportunity to be the architect of your own branch, with full responsibility for its operations, brand presence, and financial performance.

About the Role:

As the Branch Manager, you will be the cornerstone of your branch’s success. You will have complete autonomy and accountability for the total operation, driving growth, ensuring operational excellence, and building a high performing team. You will be the face of the CICRA brand in your city, responsible for managing the Profit & Loss (P&L) and achieving key business targets.
